Try something local at Valley Gardens Community Centre

← Living Near 309 Grassie

Valley Gardens Community Centre offers another way to explore community life in east Winnipeg. Its official website covers activities, facility rentals and events, while its programs page lists groups including the East Kildonan Garden Club and Premier Tae Kwon Do.

That variety is useful when you are looking for something beyond a conventional gym membership. A hobby group, class or community event can provide a different reason to get out and meet people after moving to the Grassie area.

Check the individual activity’s current details before joining: registration, location, ages and fees are not necessarily the same across programs. For anyone considering 309 Grassie Boulevard, start with the activity you would enjoy most and then see whether its schedule fits your week.
